Eliana previously worked for Baer Crossey McDemus as an Associate, before leaving to serve as in-house counsel for a prominent EdTech company delivering a sophisticated software and hardware system to K-12 public and private schools across the United States. Eliana began her legal career in the litigation department of the Philadelphia office of Ballard Spahr, where she served as a General Litigation associate as well as a member of the White Collar Defense practice group and represented clients in a variety of litigation and regulatory investigative matters. A long-time technology enthusiast, she also worked for several years leading teams of designers, programmers, writers, multimedia professionals, and faculty in the design of award-winning online college courses.
Eliana earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as Articles Editor for the Journal of Labor and Employment Law. She earned her B.A. from the State University of New York – College at Fredonia, where she majored in Philosophy and Legal Studies.
Eliana is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania.
